Managing Behaviours that Challenge

This course is designed for staff who work in environments where the clients they care for may exhibit challenging behaviours. The learners will explore how best to approach and manage occurrences of challenging and unpredictable behaviour.
The aim of this course is to enhance your knowledge and skills and it also enables learners to have an understanding and awareness of the reasons why a person may present challenging behaviour.
Duration: 3-hours
